Mexican People

When you think of Mexican people, what do you imagine we look like? You may imagine farmers, people wearing sombreros,
or even riding horses. Well the truth of the matter is that, that is not the only way we look. If you go to the countryside of course you will find farmers.
But if you go to the city, then that's a different story. Not only are we civilized just as anybody else, we are a race. In Mexico the economy is not what it used to be that is why there are many immigrants from Mexico in the U.S. We leave most of our family members behind so that we can come here to work, save money, and give them, especially our children, a future. When Mexicans come here, they only have one thing in mind, their families, and that is why they work hard and strive forward to make something of their lives. Some Mexicans become very successful by acquiring their citizenship and opening up businesses. Where I live, there is a place where you go that is filled with mexican shops and restaurants on both sides of the street. This place is called Federal Street, but I like to refer to it as Little Mexico. Below are some well known shops and restaurants in Little Mexico.

Dia de La Guadalupana El Changarro is a mexican store that sells the typical Mexican items. El Taco Loco El Changarro por Mayoreo is basically the same as El Changarro but the only difference is that they only do whole sales there, which means that they sell the typical Mexican items, but only by the cases or boxes.
The people you see above are celebrating December 12, which is "El Dia De La Guadalupana" El Changarro El Taco Loco is a restaurant where they serve Mexican food like tacos, tortas, flautas, chiles rellenos, and any other type of Mexican dishes. El Changarro por Mayoreo
